One party called for assembly to be dissolved so that people in Perak can decide for a government that they want.
Another party informed that they have the majority to form a new goverment in Perak.
But both of them admitted that authority lies on Sultan’s hand. Finally Sultan Azlan Shah had given his order for current PR state govt to leave their offices, but to my dismay, it’s seem they disobey Sultan’s order.
My question for both parties is: Is it for the sake of your power or for the sake of rakyat? Get down to work la….
PR wants to dissolve the state assembly because they know that they will return to govern Perak through mandate given by Perakians…
BN wants to form a new govt without dissolving the assembly because they know they have the majority.
Both are looking for power and authority to rule Perak.
No matter what. Guys, final decision is on the hand of Sultan. Follow his order and get down to work la…plz………
Christians, do pray for Perak. May the Lord have mercy on them.

Does your God allow despicable ways and trickeries to form a government?

Hi, Melancholy
I’m not sure of what God wants Christian to learn in this process. One thing I know is God is sovereign and He is in control
God knows what He is doing. In the Old Testament, God allowed foreign nations to control Israel and Judah with the intention to remind Israelites that He is their God, their Savior.
If you would asked me in the context of Perak, I would say submit to the order of Sultan and do what you can in your prayers. Even Datuk Ambiga (Bar Council President) said, we cannot defy Sultan’s order but to bring those responsible to court.
We cannot deny that they are trickeries of one party in forming the government. However St. Paul did remind us in NT that we need to submit to ruling goverment and intercede for them.
We will pray God’s will to be done in Perak and Malaysia. I do not know what will happen in the mean time, but we will see what will happen in the future.
